Hands on experience as strategic manager and consultancy experience working with large and small organisations in the private and public sector. Practice supported by an MBA focusing on management of change and the implications of organisational culture for organisational and group development.

- Worked for 2 years as a "Neighbourhood Manager" in a challenging area of a major city.
- Planned and implemented resident involvement programmes for housing associations.
- Designed and managed large scale consultation exercises for local authorities.
- Engaged as tenants' friend to assist residents in their negotiations with their landlord over the redevelopment of their estate.
